A bed and breakfast in the White Mountains of New Hampshire

Natural beef  has  a delicious beefy flavor all its own. In a world of increasingly processed food with questionable additives, natural beef is a rare find. 

 
 

ABOUT US . . .

We raise all natural beef which have not been fed hormones or antibiotics. Our beef eat hay, grass in season, brewer’s grain, pumpkins and apples.  Until the snow falls they are out on pasture only coming into the barn for grain or shelter.

WHEN...

We have our beef processed in October and November.  All beef are federally inspected (USDA # 9542) and flash frozen. Steak is sometimes available year round with a minimum purchase of 10# required.

HOW . . .

Beef are sold by the half or quarter. A quarter runs about 100 pounds package weight.  On occasion we offer a steak-only half which does not include stew beef or hamburger.  To receive an informational letter and cutting sheet, send us your name and address using “Contact us”.

Visa, Mastercard  are accepted.

We have drop-off points in Burlington, MA., Nashua, Concord, Ossipee and North Conway, NH

 
 

PRICES . . .

$4.00 per wrapped pound for a half or a quarter and $5.00 per pound for steak only.  A deposit of $50 per quarter is required.  If you prefer to buy hanging weight the price is _____# and you pay all processing fees.
